Management, negotiation with numerous investors and completion of several fundraising transactions ranging from a £1.5bn private equity fund to a $250mn venture capital fund. Investors were based across the world and had a number of different tax, legal and regulatory requirements to satisfy.
These fundraisings were followed by investments made from them into a number of different companies – from large multinationals in different sectors to smaller start ups and early stage investments in the TMT sector. These required complex and often difficult negotiations with other investors and management teams across Europe.
