Implementing of new structure for industry standard investment model

The Project

The reorganisation of the entire LDC corporate structure to introduce an industry standard investment model due to political, regulatory and shareholder issues which had to satisfy various conflicting requirements.

The Results

Lead the team reviewing, analysing and solving a number of tax, legal and regulatory issues associated with reorganising the LDC investment structure to align with an industry standard model to address perceived regulatory and political issues faced by Lloyds as parent and sole shareholder.
